PML prepares for polls in Pakistan

Islamabad, Pakistan, Dec. 11, 2007 : Pakistan's ruling party published its election manifesto on Monday, December 10 a day after rival former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said his party would take part in the polls, increasing the likelihood of a hung parliament.

Ruling party leaders put on a brave face when they launched their manifesto, saying they welcomed Sharif's decision to take his party into the election.
