Guj Polls: Campaigning against Modi

Eral, Gujarat, Dec. 8, 2007 : In the poll-bound western Gujarat, Godhra riots accused have taken a U-turn and from being supporters of the state chief Narendra Modi have become his opponents.

On December 8th, these people kick started their campaign against Modi in Eral village of western Godhra. The villagers were supporters of Hindutva for more than two decades, but lost faith in Modi, after being convicted for their role in the riots.
