HC asks LDA to produce documents in Metrocity case

Lucknow, Dec 10 (UNI) The Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court today hearing a petition against the sealing and map dismissal orders of Metrocity asked the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) to produce the documents on December 13.

Besides, the court observed that no inconvenience should be caused to the residents of the Metrocity.

The order was passed by justices U K Dhavan and S S Chauhan on a PIL, filed by Upper India Kapur Paper Mill Ltd managing director M Parekh.

On December 7, the LDA had dismissed the approved map of Metrocity -- situated at Paper Mill -- and sealed it.
