21 students fall ill after consuming Jatropha seeds

Lucknow, Dec 10 (UNI) As many as 21 students today fell ill after consuming Jatropha seeds in Baniya Ther area of Moradabad district.

The seeds are widely used in making Bio-diesel.

Around 300 students of nere by Junior High School, who had come to participate in a rally, consumed the seeds, UP home department special secretary R K Ojha said.

Of them, 21 fill ill and were admitted to hospital.
