Two Indians die in seperate incidents in UAE

Dubai, Dec 9: Two Indians were killed in seperate incidents in UAE, reports said today.

While one person died due to fire in an elevator of the Bank of Baroda building in Bur Dubai, the other fell to death at a construction site in Ras Al Khaimah yesterday.

According to Dubai Police, a short circuit caused the fire in the elevator it trapped the man on the fifteenth floor and prevented him from escaping.

In the other accident a worker fell from the second floor of a building under construction at Ras Al Khimah.

He was taken to a hospital where he was reported dead.

Accidents at construction sites in the UAE are reported at regular intervals.
