Spurious Nova Jelly unit bust

Hyderabad, Dec 9 (UNI) City police busted a spurious Nova Jelly manufacturing unit with the arrest of one person and seized two white jelly bags weighing 40 kg each and four empty cartons labelled as Nova in green cover, at Basanth Nagar colony today.

On a tip off, the sleuths of East Zone Task Force arrested one Babulal. About 2000 lids of Nova and one plastic tin with green colour powder were seized, a release said.

The arrested person was handed over to Narayanaguda police.
