Lok Satta constitutes commission against corruption

Hyderabad, Dec 9 (UNI) The Lok Satta party today announced the constitution of a ''People's Commission against Political Corruption'', under the Chairmanship of former Lokayukta of Andhra Pradesh Justice Ramanujam.

In a release here, Lok Satta Party President Dr Jayaprakash Narayana said the Commission would receive complaints from the people on corruption practices in the society.

The Commission would conduct a thorough, impartial inquiry into complaints and give specific and concrete recommendations to the government.

He said a website, www.combatcorruptionindia.org, was also launched where information would be posted about electoral condidates' disclosures of their assets and liabilities.
