Amul to launch Any Time Milk outlets

New Delhi, 7th Dec 2007: In a bid to serve better and reach out to more customers, one of India"s largest food brand Amul is all geared up to launch 24/7 ATMs or Any Time Milk outlets.

The concept is already being tried out at a few places in Gujarat and will eventually be replicated across the country. While Mother Dairy and the Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation or GCMMF operate milk distribution outlets, none of them are operated 24/7. The proposed ATM outlets will be operated through coins or tokens.
