AIADMK protests asking MSP for paddy

Puducherry, Dec 8: The AIADMK today staged a demonstration in front of the railway station here to press the Centre to fix the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for paddy at Rs 1,000 per quintal.

A large number of party volunteers, including party Legislators participated in the agitation led by former Tamil Nadu Minister Jayakumar.

They spilled the paddy, brought in a tractor, on the road as part of their agitation.
