Vitage, TTK Health ink pact on managed services

Chennai, Dec 7: Vitage Technologies, a Business Service Management company,today announced the inking of an an agreement with TTK Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd. to handle their IT operations as the managed services partner.

In this role, Vitage will be managing TTK's Data Centre, Applications, Network and the Service Desk on a 24x7 basis, a company release here today said.

Vitage would also provide direct support in critical locations like Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad,Delhi and 15 more locations across the country.

As TTK Healthcare Services embarks on a major technology expansion, upgrading the IT infrastructure will keep them ahead of competition and build better customer experience through efficiency of services,it added.
