UP IAS officer booked for corruption charges

Corruption
case
has
been
registered
in
the
Gomtinagar
police
station
against
three
persons
including
the
former
Lucknow
Developmnet
Authority
(LDA)
vice-chairman
BB
Singh,
a
secretary
rank
IAS
officer.
The IAS officer already under suspenion in other corruption case is charged here for illegally transferring 'Nazul land'(government land) to UC Parikh, Managing Director of India Cooper Paper Mill and MS Arif, Managing Director of Arif Industries in his capacity as the vice-chairman of LDA, police said.
Investigations done by Additional Commissioner Lucknow, Balkishan Tirpathi have revealed that the Nazul land was put on 'free hold' by the former vice-chairman which led to the loss of crores of rupees to the state government.

and
UC
Parikh
for
their
complicity
in
the
fraud.
