Union Bank of India, IIFCL sign MoU

New Delhi, Dec 6: Union Bank of India today said it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL) to work together in the areas of creating deal flows, syndication and other banking services.

The MoU was signed in a ceremony held in the capital yesterday, a company statement said.
