Cop suspended for rape attempt

Kaushambi. Dec 6 (UNI) A policeman was today suspended for allegedly attempting to rape a woman in the Karari area of the district.

Dilip Kumar -- a constable stationed at Karari police station -- stormed into a house at village Raheempur Molani and tried to criminally assault a woman.

SP K S Emanual said the cop had been suspended with immediate effect.
