Cong Parliamentary Party meet on Dec 6

New Delhi, Dec 6: The Congress Parliamentary Party (CPP) will meet here today, to discuss the challenges ahead in the New Year.

Congress President Sonia Gandhi is expected to talk to party leaders about the Assembly elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.

Sonia has been vociferous in her attack on Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, launching a frontal attack on him in connection with the post-Godhra riots.

Sonia is also expected to guide party on the issue of the Indo-US civil nuclear deal.

Her address will be the last to the CPP this year and the first in the Winter Session as she did not hold such a meeting at the start of the session.
