Mumbai, Dec 6 (UNI) Radhakrishna Hospitality Services (RKHS) announced the launch of its nutrition book for kids, ''Healthy food for super kids''.

Speaking on the occasion here, Dhirubhai Ambani International School Chairperson Nita Ambani, who launched the book, said yesterday, ''With this book RKHS and celebrated chef Karen Anand have made a welcome contribution to the literature on healthy food for kids. I am sure it will add a new flavour in the provision of school food services.

You have made the mother's job more easier and as a mother I will like to thank you for this book.'' The book is a compilation of healthy recepies created by chefs at RKHS and has been inspired by their food manual which it employs at the various schools they serve. The book is a refined version of this manual and contains 150 multi-cuisine recepies. They have been hand-picked by RKHS chefs and edited by Anand.

Speaking on the occasion, Anand said,'' Healthy food need not be boring food, that is the premise of this book and that is why I chose to be involved with it and it is also fun to read and cook.'' ''Health has to be a habit, it has to be everyday. One can't treat health as a fad diet. Education is the first step to good health and creating interesting recipies is the second step,'' Anand added.
