190 LPG cylinders recovered; one held

Bangalore, Dec 6 (UNI) Police have seized 190 stolen LPG cylinders, worth Rs 3.63 lakh, and arrested a person in this connection here.

A release from the city police Commissioner's office here today said Shabir and his associate Sohail used to steal cylinders during night. Shabir was arrested and upon questioning, he confessed that they had stolen LPG cylinders from various localities in the city.

With the arrest of Shabir, police claimed to have solved 51 cases registered in eight police station limits.

Police were on the look out for Sohail.
