Musharraf's power to diminish

Washington D C, US, Dec. 1, 2007 : based think tanks said on Friday November 30, that Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf"s power and influence will diminish fairly rapidly over time as he is now in a weaker position after quitting as the army chief.

Robert M. Hathaway, Director of the Asia Program at Woodrow Wilson International Centre for Scholars said that Musharraf"s shedding his uniform placed him in a weaker position.
