Rupee opens weaker at 39.455/465 per USD

Mumbai, Dec 5: The Rupee today opened weaker at 39.455/465 against US Dollar from previous close of 39.42/43 per dollar amid less activities in the Forex market.

The local unit was trading in a tight band with a difference of 2 to 3 paise against greenback, dealers said.
