Islamabad, Dec 5 (UNI) Pakistan's caretaker Foreign Minister Inamul Haque will represent his country in the 29th session of the SAARC Council of Ministers beginning in New Delhi on Friday.

The two day meeting would review the progress on the implementation of the decisions taken by the 14th SAARC Summit and give further direction to the organisation on various issues of common interest.

''Besides attending the meeting, the Foreign Minister will also hold bilateral meetings with his Indian counterpart Pranab Mukherjee and other participating Foreign Ministers,'' Foreign Office spokesman Muhammad Sadiq told a press briefing here today.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh would also receive the SAARC Foreign Ministers, he added.

The spokesman said no dates have yet been fixed for the foreign secretaries level talks between Pakistan and India, adding that the two chief diplomats will meet early next year.

He replied in affirmative when asked if India informed Pakistan about the ballistic missile test carried out by New Delhi two days ago.
