Chhattisgarh HC sacks judge

Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, Dec 5 (UNI) The Chhattisgarh High Court today dismissed a civil judge for misconduct and ordered compulsory retirement of four other judges.

The full bench dismissed Dantewada's Civil Judge S L Chakradhari and retired Durg's Additional District and Sessions Judge B R Nikunj, Baikunthpur Customer Forum Chairman Teerathram Verma, Bastar's Additional District and Sessions Judge Yogesh Mathur and Additional District Judge Purannath Taimburkar.

A complaint had been made about Mr Chakradhari misbehaving with some litigants while under the influence of liquor.
