TPT commissions radar facility

Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, Dec 3 (UNI) Tuticorin Port Trust (TPT) Chairman K Suresh today commissioned the radar detection and ranging equipment and also laid the foundation stone for a full capacity railway line at the coal yard.

The TPT had also decided to modernise the existing sewage and solid waste management plant.It had finalised the tender and the project was expected to be completed by end July 2008.
