Pondy explosion victim's grandfather commits suicide

Puducherry, Dec 3 (UNI) A man allegedly committed suicide here yesterday after his grandson died in Saturday's explosion.

Police said Sankar was deeply attached to his grandson, Ajithkumar, and was in state of depression eversince the body of the boy was handed over to the relatives after post-mortem.

After the body was taken for funeral, Sankar, unable to bear the agony, allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in his house.
