Industrialist, his wife murdered

Ahmednagar Dec 3 (UNI) A well-known city-based industrialist Ramesh Nemichand Munot and his wife Chitra were murdered by unidentified persons here early today.

Police said a few unidentified persons entered 60-year-old Munot's house early this morning when they were asleep and attacked them with sharp weapons, killing them on the spot.

Police were yet to ascertain the reason behind the killings, however, the motive could be business rivalry, sources said.

Maniknagar police detained had four persons in this connection and were investigating the possibility of their servant's involvement in the murder, who was absconding, the police added.
