CPP to meet on Dec 6

New Delhi, Dec 3 (UNI) Congress President Sonia Gandhi will address the Congress Parliamentary Party (CPP) on December 6.

"The General Body of the CPP will be held on December 6," Congress leader and Information and Broadcasting Minister Priyaranjan Dasmunsi said here today.

A meeting of the CPP is held during each session, preferably during the beginning of the session.

However, the meeting this time was held towards the end of the session.

This, according to sources, was mainly because of the AICC session on November 17, a few days after the commencement of the winter session.
