2 killed in accidents

Gorakhpur, Dec 3 (UNI) At least two persons were killed in separate accidents here today.

An unidentified man was crushed by a speeding truck near Asuran in Sahpur area.

Efforts were underway to establish the identity of the dead, police said.

Meanwhile, police seized the truck and took the driver into custody.

In another incident, an elderly man was run over by the Delhi bound Amrapali Express near Domingarh railway station on Gorakhpur-Lucknow railway section.

The deceased was identified as Indraman Singh (75).

Both the bodies had been sent for post-mortem.
