MIM activists attack junior doctors, three injured

Hyderabad, Dec 2 (UNI) The activists of All India Mujlis Etttahadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) today attacked junior doctors at Nilofer Children Government Hospital, resulting in three doctors receiving minor injuries.

Police said the activists along with the MIM MLA Afsar Khan rushed to the hosptial when they heard that doctors were not giving treatment to his son. The irated MIM activists attacked the junior doctors.

Police swung into action and arrested an activist.

Meanwhile, the doctors, boycotting the services in the hospital, were staging dharna in front of Nampalli police station, demanding the arrest of Mr Khan and register murder cases against the activists involved in the attack.
