Maharishi Solar to set up solar grade polysilicon R

New Delhi, Dec 2 (UNI) Maharishi Solar is planning to set up a Solar grade Polysilicon R&D and manufacturing facility in the country which was likely be commissioned before April next year.

Maharishi Solar plans to produce 100 metric tonnes of Polysilicon at its R&D pilot project, a company statement said.

''To take the country to a higher platform in terms of production and usage of solar products, we have taken this initiative,'' company's Chairman Ajay Prakash Shrivastava said.
