Kenyan wins Pune Marathon

Mumbai, Dec 2: Philip Makau Muia of Kenya on Sunday won the 22nd Pune International Marathon (PIM) in Pune.

Muia clocked 2 hours 17 minutes and 25 seconds.

The Kenyan, who maintained an early lead covered the distance of 42 km and 195 meters in style, edging past 72 rivals coming from 14 nations.
