Aaja Nachle ban lifted in UP after Yashraj assurance

government
today
decided
to
lift
ban
on
the
screening
of
'Aaja
Nachle',
the
comeback
movie
of
'Dhak
Dhak'
girl
Madhuri
Dixit
after
Yashraj
Films,
producers
of
the
flick,
gave
in
writing
an
assurance
to
remove
objectionable
line
from
the
title
song.
The state government had banned the Yashraj Banner film yesterday, on the day it was released in various multiplexes and cinema halls to packed houses.
Since
the
ban
was
imposed
finding
one
line
of
the
song
as
'objectionable'
and
'humiliating'
to
a
particualr
caste,
the
undertaking
from
the
producers
about
removing
it
was
enough
reason
to
lift
the
ban
,
Mr

Krishna
the
Principal
Secretary
to
the
UP
Chief
Minister
Mayawati
told
