Rupee opens at 39.72/73 per dollar

Mumbai, Nov 30: Indian Rupee opened today at 39.72/73 per dollar, strengthening from yesterday's close of 39.75/76.

Rupee rose in the morning as some investors reversed long positions in the US dollar, buoyed by expectations that gains in Asian equity markets would see foreigners would buy local shares, dealers said.
