Minister flays officials for not completing projects on time
Viskhapatnam, Nov 30 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare Minister D S Redya Nayak today asked the district officials to adhered to the deadline set by him for the completion of various tribal welfare projects.
Reviewing the tribal welfare schemes here, Mr Nayak expressed complete dissatisfaction pointing out that the deadline, fixed as May this year for various projects under the Remote Integrated Area Development (RIAD), was not adhered to.
The MLAs Lake Rajarao, K Dharma Sri, G Demudu drew the Minister's attention to the issues such as drinking water, electricity to certain remote areas, where the project works were said to be completed officially.
