NSE is top Bourse

New Delhi, Nov 29: According to the latest data compiled by World Federation of Exchanges, as many as 2.4 crore stock futures contract were traded at the National Stock Exchange or NSE in October as against 83.67 lakh at Johannesburg Stock Exchange or JSE. So, with a trading volume that is more than double of its nearest rival, the NSE has elbowed out South Africa"s JSE and has climbed to the number one spot in stock futures contracts in the world.
