Sulochana Chavan, Khebudkar selected for Chitrakari awards

Kolhapur, Nov 28 (UNI) Play back singer Sulochana Chavan and film lyricist Jagdish Khebukar has been selected among 17 others for the Chitrakarmi award instituted by the Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Chitrapat Mahamandal (ABMCM).

ABMCM is honouring with the annual Chitrakarmi awards since 3 years to Marathi film personalities for their outstanding contribution and service towards Marathi film industry, ABMCM president Ajay Sarpotdar said while addressing the media here today.

The award function will be held here on December 1, 2007, he added.
