Somnath Chatterjee inaugurates Ayurvedic Eye camp
New Delhi, Nov 27 (UNI) An Ayurvedic eye camp for the benefit of Members of Parliament was inaugurated by Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee here today.
Over 100 MPs attended the camp, organised by Sreedhariyam Ayurvedic Eye Hospital and Research Centre of Kerala.
According to Dr N P P Namboothiri, Chief Physician and Managing Director, his Ayurvedic hospital specialises in Shalakya Tantra, one of the eight branches of Ayurveda that deals with diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting those organs of human body located above the neck.
