Polycom opens product and solutions centers in Hyderabad

Mumbai, Nov 27 (UNI) Polycom, the world's leading provider of unified collaborative communications announced today, opening of a new, state-of-the-art product and solutions development center in Hyderabad.

The center represents Polycom's latest investment in one of its fastest growing markets, where both the demand for IP communications and collaboration as well as the engineering talent for developing these solutions is high, the release said.

The Hyderabad facility will house development programs for the company's portfolio of voice communications, solutions for mobile, and desktop and conferencing applications.

In addition to the Hyderabad development center, Polycom has also expanded sales and marketing operations with office expansions at Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore and Hyderabad.

In 2008, the company has planned six additional office locations to serve India's top 10 metropolitan and regional business hubs, the release added.
