Kottayam Convention begins

Kottayam, Nov 27 (UNI) The Kottayam Convention under the auspices of the Brethren Church has begun at Thirunakkara Maidan.

Br. K Paul Thomas inaugurated the convention. Br Varghese Kurian delivered the main discourse and Br. John P Thomas the Gospel message.

The Convention would conclude on December 2. Noted Bible Scholars, M.M. Zachariah, John Kurian, Chandapilla Philip and Dr Joseph Madhuram were the other main speakers of the convention.

The morning meditation will be held at Thirunakkara Maidan from 0800hrs to 0900hrs from Wednesday to Saturday. Music service and Gospel meetings will be held from 17.30hrs to 20.30 hrs on all days.

Children's conference, women's conference and youth conference would also be held on December 1 and December 2.

Hundreds of believers would participate in the worship meeting on December 2.
