JPCC president to visit Assam

Ranchi, Nov 27 (UNI) A three member-committee of the Jharkhand Congress Committee, including its president Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu, will visit Assam tomorrow to take stock of recent development after the violence, which rocked the country.

Party spokesperson Alok Kumar Dubey said here today that Congress Legislature party leader in the Asembly Manoj Yadav and Simdega MLA Niel Tirkey were other two members of the committee.

The party leaders would also meet the senior administrative officials of Assam.

One person was killed and over 250 people were injured in the violence on November 24.
