2 killed in accident

Lucknow, Nov 27 (UNI) Two people were killed in an train accident at an unmanned level crossing under Ahrauli area in Ambedkarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh today.

Government Railway Police (GRP) said here a tempo was passing over the tracks in Ahwai village, when the approaching 3536 UP Okha-Guwahati Express hit the tempo, killing Amarnath Yadav and Mohd Naim on the spot.

However, the train traffic was not disrupted following the accident.

A case had been registered, police added.
