Confrontation in Northern Sri Lanka kill 3 Tigers
Colombo, Nov 26 (UNI) Confrontation between Sri Lankan troops and LTTE attempting to breach the front lines in Wanni this morning killed three rebels, the military said.
Troops attacked a group of Tamil Tigers who were trying to infiltrate the defence lines in north of Nawathkulam around 0650 am (local time) killing two Tigers. An hour later in a separate confrontation in the same area, another Tiger cadre was killed, defence sources told Colombo Page.
