Two killed, 4 seriously injured in road accident

Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, Nov 25 (UNI) Two persons, including a woman, were killed and four others seriously injured when a state- owned bus in which they were travelling, collided with a lorry near Donekal checkpost at Vidapanakal mandal in this district tonight.

Police said the Andhra Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (RTC) bus, proceeding from Guntakal to Bellary, hit a stationary lorry killing the two persons on the spot.

The condition of the injured shifted to Guntakal Government Hospital, was stated to be critical.
