Reliance MF inks dist pact with UBI, SBS


New Delhi, Nov 24: Country's largest fund, Reliance Mutual Fund today said it has inked an agreement with the United Bank of India (UBI) and State Bank of Saurashtra (SBS) for its products distribution.

''We are happy to announce these tie-ups that will help us fulfill our long-term leadership goal of reaching out to a large number of prospective customers,'' Reliance MF CEO Vikrant Gugnani said.

Under the terms of the agreement, the banks will sell Reliance MF's products via their specified branches, a statement said.

UBI will sell these mutual funds through its designated 160 branches out of 1,370 branches, while SBS through 150 branches out of 470 branches.

Reliance Mutual Fund, Anil Ambani Group firm, has a corpus of over Rs 79,973 crore, with over 40 lakh investors.
