Vice President condemns serial blasts in UP

New Delhi, Nov 23 (UNI) Vice President Hamid Ansari strongly condemned the serial blasts that occurred today at Varanasi, Faizabad and Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh, killing at least 13 people and injuring more than 60.

In a statement, the Vice-President said, ''such acts of terrorism should be thwarted through our national resolve to maintain peace and harmony and counter all disruptive forces.'' He expressed his sympathy for the families of those killed and injured in the explosions.
