Vayalar Ravi to inaugurate 'Hospitech-2007'

Kochi, Nov 23: More than 150 delegates from various hospitals of Kerala will participate in 'Hospitech-2007', to be inaugurated by Union Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs Vayalar Ravi here today.

According to an official release, the three-day event would be a platform for doctors, scientists, hospital administrators and environmentalists to discuss the problems plaguing the health sector in the state.

The conference would debate hospital accreditation, ways to deal with hospital effluents and the role of private sector in preventing endemic diseases.
