at

took
out
a
massive
rally
here.
The procession that started yesterday from the New Road Gate converged into a meeting at Basantapur after visiting various parts of the city, Kantipuronline reported.
The organisers said people were deprived of their right to vote after the CA polls were deferred, and the rally was being organised to demand a new 'unchangeable ' date for the polls this time.
The polls would have been held yesterday if they wouldn't have been postponed indefinitely due to the inability of major political parties to reach a consensus on the Maoist demands of declaration of republic and a fully proportional representational system.
