Serial blasts rock UP cities; at least 3 dead

Lucknow, Nov 23 (UNI) A series of blasts rocked at least three cities of Uttar Pradesh this afternoon, leaving at least three people dead.

The first blast took place outside the civil court premises in Lucknow, while the other two explosions occurred outside courts in Faizabad and Varanasi.

Preliminary reports said the blasts were of low intensity in nature. They left several passers-by wounded.

In Lucknow, the bomb, placed on the carrier of a bicycle, went off around 1320 hrs.
