President condems UP blasts

New Delhi, Nov 23 (UNI) President Pratibha Devisingh Patil today condemned the serial blasts in Uttar Pradesh in which 13 people were killed and over 60 injured.

Six powerful blasts rocked the district courts in Lucknow, Varanasi and Faizabad within a space of 15 minutes.

Terrorists detonated six explosive devices, placed on bicycles on the courts' premises, in a synchronised manner between 1315 hrs and 1330 hrs.
