ONGC Chief conferred CNBC-TV18 award

New Delhi, Nov 23 (UNI) Country's flagship oil explorer Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) chief has bagged the CNBC-TV18 CFO 2007 award for excellence in the corporate sector for the third consecutive year.

ONGC Chairman and Managing Director R S Sharma received the award from Advisor to the Finance Minister Parthasarathi Shome.

The other companies nominated for the award in the oil, gas and chemicals sector were Reliance Industries Ltd, GAIL, Indraprastha Gas, Rain Calcining and HPCL.
