One arrested in Ashok Nagar muder case

New Delhi, Nov 23 (UNI) Police today arrested a person involved in the murder of a person in Ashok Nagar area of North East Delhi.

Police said Lokesh (27), resident of Ashok Nagar, along with his friend Pravesh (25), and two others went to a roadside dhaba on November 17 and started consuming liquor which the dhaba owner objected and asked them to leave.

Enraged by the objections of drinking, they quarreled with him and Lokesh took out a countymade pistol and fired at the crowd which had gathered and injured a person who later succumed.

Lokesh and two of his friends managed to escape that day but police managed to arrest him yesterday.
