Mumbai, Nov 23 (UNI) Terming the serial blasts in three district court premises of Uttar Pradesh as an 'attack on the temple of Justice', the legal fraternity today demanded that the culprits be immediately brought to book.

''The terrorists until now had been targeting sensitive and religious places to create a divide between the people on religious and caste lines. But now they have begun to strike at a place, where people of all caste and religion come to seek Justice. This act of terrorism is highly condemnable,'' R B Raghuvanshi, Additional Solicitor Genral and Vice-Chairman of the All India Bar Coucil told UNI.

Stating that any act of violence needs to be condemned irrespective of the person or place it has been targetted at, noted criminal lawyer, Majid Memon said it was very unforunate that innocent lives were lost in these blasts.

''While the reason for the blast is still to be ascertained, it is all the more disturbing that the blasts have occurred in different court premises, which is indeed alarming. It requires a very careful examination of the blasts and to bring the terrorists to book,'' he said.
