CPI(M) worker injured in attack

Kannur, Nov 23 (UNI) A CPI(M) worker was injured in an attack allegedly by RSS-BJP activists at Thrichambaram Nethaji Colony near Thaliparambu in this district today.

Police said the injured P Ramesh (27), an auto driver, was said to be CPI(M)'s Thaliparambu branch secretary.

The assailants waylaid his auto and attacked him with deadly weapons.

The injured was admitted to Thaliparambu Co-operative Hospital, police added.
